Shipping Information

Your shipping address must be a physical address that UPS can deliver to.  UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Cascade Made™ Down Comforters and Pillows:  Made here in our Washington State shop, we strive to have your Cascade Made™ comforters and pillows made and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

Canadian Made Eiderdown comforters & pillows usually ship within 2 weeks.

Our $10 Flat Rate for orders under $200 is for new items only.  Shipping for items sent in for service, such as pillow adjustments, will be charged the actual cost for shipping. 

We will always let you know if your order is not expected to ship within the estimated time frame.

Bed linens and blankets from Sferra usually ship within 5 business days, often sooner.   Bed linens from St. Geneve usually ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping time for Schlossberg bed linens is currently about 6 to 8 weeks.

All Down Bedding (comforters, pillows, etc.) ship from our location in NW Washington State; this means 1 to 3 business days shipping time for many locations on the West Coast, and about 4 to 5 business days to the Mid-West and East Coast, once shipped.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to 3 day, 2nd day or Overnight, we are happy to do so. Please contact us and we will quote you a cost.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental United States (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.), please contact us for a shipping quote, or place your order and we will contact you with a shipping quote and will process your order only upon your approval.

In the military? All orders with an FPO/APO address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Very large items such as Featherbeds (queen size and larger) may be subject to a shipping surcharge due to USPS package size restrictions.

When your order ships we will let you know, along with the tracking information, via email.

Returned orders that were shipped via Expedited Service, and International Orders, will be refunded less our cost to ship.

Any Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the US are the customer's responsibility.
