Warranty & Terms of Sale For Eiderdown Comforters and Pillows

Terms of Sale: Our Eiderdown Comforters and Pillows are made to order by St. Geneve in Canada and usually ship within 2 weeks. They are not returnable (except for warranty issues). Your credit card will be "authorized" when your order is placed and will only be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be canceled.  

Plumeria Bay® Eiderdown Comforters   have a 20 Year Warranty against any defect in materials and/or workmanship provided that the duvet has been properly cared for, and that a duvet cover has been used at all times.  Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and the warranty is not transferable. 

The Eiderdown Comforter is sewn with a sealed baffle box construction, and the filling is guaranteed never to shift into another compartment for the life of the duvet.   

Plumeria Bay® Eiderdown Pillows are guaranteed for 5 years against any defect in materials or workmanship, providing the pillow has been properly cared for, and a pillow protector is always used. To greatly prolong the life of this pillow, ALWAYS use a washable pillow protector. Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and the warranty is not transferable.
