Sferra, St. Geneve and Schlossberg Terms of Sale and Warranty

Bed Linens and Duvet Covers may not be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received an item with a defect please notify us within 7 days and we will help you work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Bed linens that have been washed or used may not be returned. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufactures care instructions will not be accepted as a return.

Sferra bed linens and duvet covers will usually ship within 1 to 3 days. If an item is back ordered it may take 2 weeks or longer for your order to ship. We will always notify you if any delay is expected. Your credit card will be charged only when your order ships.

Schlossberg duvet covers and bed linens are "made to order" and are considered to be Custom Orders. Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. 50% will be charged to your card after 48 hours, and the balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be cancelled after 48 hours. Schlossberg bed linens will take approximately 6-8 weeks to ship, directly to you (via UPS) from Schlossberg Switzerland.

St. Geneve duvet covers and bed linens are "made to order" and are considered to be Custom Orders. Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. 50% will be charged to your card after 48 hours, and the balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be cancelled after 48 hours. St. Geneve bed linens take approximately 4 weeks to ship, via UPS ground.
