All Plumeria Bay® goose down comforters, goose down pillows and silk comforters come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to our warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Effective for all Comforters, Pillows and Featherbeds purchased from March 1st, 2013:
Plumeria Bay® Goose Down Comforters are guaranteed to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials (this includes down shifting or leaking) for a period of Twenty (20)
years from the date of purchase. Plumeria Bay® Down Comforters are also guaranteed to be Hypoallergenic for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Plumeria Bay® Goose Down Pillows are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for Five (5) years. Plumeria Bay® Down Pillows are also guaranteed to be Hypoallergenic for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Our pillows also come with our "Perfect Fill" service. If, any time within 1 year of your purchase, you decide you'd like more down added, or some taken out, just send your pillow to us and we'll adjust it's firmness to your satisfaction. Plumeria Bay® Natural Silk Comforters are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Plumeria Bay® Feather beds are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Proper care, including the use of a duvet cover with your comforter, a pillow protector with your pillow, or a featherbed protector with your featherbed, as the case may be, is required to maintain your warranty. Should warranty service on your comforter, pillow or featherbed be required, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
Exceptions: Eiderdown Comforters & Pillows and Custom Goose Down Comforters & Pillows may not be returned. However, they are covered under our warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship.
Blankets, Bed linens and other items from Brahms Mount, Sferra, Schlossberg and St. Geneve may not be returned, but may be covered for exchange or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Note: Please examine your bed linens and blankets immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects please notify us immediately (within 7 days) and we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Washed or used bed linens and blankets may not be returned under any circumstance.
This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from abuse or improper care.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
