All Plumeria Bay® goose down comforters, goose down pillows, silk comforters and goose down blankets come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to our warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the above items for any reason, simply
return it (please see below for address) in its original unused condition, within 30 days from the date of
purchase, and we will issue a full refund promptly upon receipt and inspection.
- Special terms shall apply to Featherbeds, Custom Orders and items from Sferra, Schlossberg & St. Geneve. Please see "exceptions" below.
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the 30 day return period, we will arrange to have the item shipped back to us at our expense and we will promptly exchange the item, or issue a full refund or, if you prefer, a store credit.
Plumeria Bay® Down Comforters are guaranteed to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials (this includes down shifting or leaking) for a period of ten (10)
years from the date of purchase. Should warranty service on your comforter be required, we will repair or replace at our discretion. The use of a duvet cover is required to maintain
your warranty.
Plumeria Bay® Down
Pillows come with our "Perfect Fill" service. If, any time within 1 year of your purchase, you decide you'd like more down added, or some taken out, just send your pillow to us and we'll adjust it's firmness to your satisfaction. Please see our Perfect Fill information page for complete details.
Plumeria Bay® Mulberry
Silk Comforters and Throws are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Should warranty service on your comforter be required, we will repair or replace at our discretion. The use of a duvet cover is required to maintain your warranty.
Plumeria Bay® Feather beds are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Should warranty service on your featherbed be required, we will repair or replace at our discretion. The use of a feather bed cover is required to maintain your warranty.
St. Geneve Eiderdown

Exceptions: Custom orders (custom size comforters and custom fills) and items from Sferra, Schlossberg
and St. Geneve may not be returned, but may be covered for exchange or repair
under the manufacturer's warranty. Blankets and Bed Linens (duvet covers, bed
sheets, etc.) from St.
Geneve, Sferra and Schlossberg/Bonjour,
eiderdown
duvets, eiderdown
pillows and St. Dormier protectors from St. Geneve are all considered to
be custom orders. Note: Please
examine your bed linen order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects
please notify us immediately (within 7 days) and we will help you work with
the manufacturer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Washed or used bed
linens may not be returned under any circumstance.
Returned Featherbeds: If a Featherbed is returned, the refund will be less our original cost to ship, plus a 10% handling charge due to their size and our cost to handle, in addition to any fees charged if our inspection determines that the featherbed has been used.
If a returned bedding item has been used, we are required by law to destroy it. You may be charged a fee of up to 60% of the purchase price, plus shipping, if you return or exchange a non-defective item that has been used. Signs of use shall include, but are not limited to: Obvious soiling, human or pet hairs or other fibers clinging to the fabric, odors from perfumes, etc.
Custom & Made To Order Terms of Sale: Your credit card will be "authorized" when you place your order. Your credit card will be "charged" 50% of the total after 48 hours, and the balance when your order ships. Your order may not be cancelled after 48 hours.
This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from abuse or improper care.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
If you do find it necessary to return your purchase, kindly let us know before hand so we will know to expect it.
