Eiderdown Comforters (or duvet's) are guaranteed by the manufacturer, St. Geneve, for 20 years against any defect in materials and/or workmanship provided that the duvet has been reasonably cared for, and that a duvet cover has been used at all times.

This duvet is sewn with a sealed baffle box, and the filling is guaranteed never to shift into another compartment for the life of the duvet. The down in this duvet is guaranteed to be hypoallergenic, or the duvet may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Labels must not be removed or guarantees will be void.

The REGULAR weight eiderdown is guaranteed for 10 years to be warm enough, or the manufacturer will add more down at no charge.

Please note that down CANNOT be removed from these duvets, the guarantee only covers the addition of more down.

Eiderdown Pillows: To greatly prolong the life of this pillow, ALWAYS use a washable pillow protector. Remove the protector for washing.
