We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to 3 day, 2nd day or Overnight, we are happy to do so. Please contact us and we will quote you a cost. Please be aware that our boxes can be very large and the cost for expedited shipping can become very expensive.

All orders with an FPO/APO address are shipped (free) via USPS Priority Mail. Very large items such as Featherbeds (queen size and larger) may be subject to a shipping surcharge due to USPS package size restrictions. Please contact us if you have a question about this.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed, Monday through Friday. Custom orders can take up to several weeks.

When your order ships we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.

If you live outside the Continental US, we will contact you with the actual shipping charge and will process your order only upon your approval.

Any Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the US are the customer's responsibility.

Should you need to return or exchange a non-defective item, we will refund your purchase price less our shipping cost. Please see our warranty page for details.
