Warranty & Terms of Sale For Plumeria Bay® Eiderdown Comforters and Pillows

Terms of Sale: Plumeria Bay® Eiderdown Comforters and Pillows are custom made to order and usually take about 1 to 2 weeks to ship. They are not returnable (except for warranty issues). Your credit card will be "authorized" when your order is placed and will only be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be canceled after 48 hours.

Eiderdown Comforters (or duvet's) are guaranteed for 20 years against any defect in materials and/or workmanship provided that the duvet has been properly cared for, and that a duvet cover has been used at all times.

The Eiderdown Duvet is sewn with a sealed baffle box, and the filling is guaranteed never to shift into another compartment for the life of the duvet. The eiderdown in this duvet is guaranteed to be hypoallergenic for 5 years. Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.

Eiderdown Pillows: To greatly prolong the life of this pillow, ALWAYS use a washable pillow protector. Remove the protector for washing.

Materials and Workmanship: Eiderdown pillows are guaranteed for 5 years against any defect in materials or workmanship, providing the pillow has been properly cared for, and a pillow protector is always used. Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
