Plumeria Bay® Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of materials and craftsmanship of your Plumeria Bay® Goose Down Comforter, Goose Down Pillow, or Silk Comforter simply return it in its original unused condition, within 30 days from the date of receipt, and we will issue a full refund, or if you prefer, a store credit, promptly upon our receipt and inspection.

This guarantee is in addition to our Perfect Fill™ Service for down comforters and pillows and our warranty (20 years for down comforters & 5 years for down pillows) against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

These Items May Not Be Returned: Eiderdown Comforters & Pillows and Custom Comforters & Pillows. However, they are covered under our warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. St. Dormier protectors, Blankets & bed linens from Brahms Mount, Sferra, Schlossberg & St. Geneve may not be returned.

Should you find it necessary to return your item for a refund, exchange or warranty service please call us @ 1-877-722-9266 or email us. We'll give you shipping instructions and a RA (Return Authorization) number for your return.

If you are returning or exchanging an item due to our error or a defect in materials or workmanship within the 30 day return period, we will arrange to have the item shipped back to us at our expense and we will promptly exchange the item, or issue a full refund or, if you prefer, a store credit.

Featherbeds: If a Featherbed is returned, the refund will be less our original cost to ship, plus a 10% handling charge due to their size and our cost to handle, in addition to any fees charged if our inspection determines that the featherbed has been used.

If a returned bedding item has been used, we are required by law to destroy it. You may be charged a fee of up to 60% of the purchase price, plus shipping, if you return a non-defective item that has been used. Signs of use shall include, but are not limited to: Obvious soiling, human or pet hairs or other fibers clinging to the fabric, odors from perfumes, etc.

Returned orders that were shipped via Expedited Service, and International Orders, will be refunded less our cost to ship.
