We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States.
Each Plumeria Bay® Down Comforter, Pillow and Featherbed is hand made, to order. We do our best to make sure your fluffy delight will ship within 1 to 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Custom sizes take a bit longer, about 3 to 4 weeks to ship. We will always let you know if your order is not expected to ship within the estimated time frame.
Bed linens from Sferra usually ship within a day or two. If Sferra bed linens are ordered with down bedding, they will ship with your down bedding. If you would like them to ship immediately, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to accommodate you. Bed linens from Schlossberg are made to order and take about 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Bed linens from St. Geneve are made to order and usually take about 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Brahms Mount blankets often ship within a week, but can sometimes take longer.
Most orders ship from our location in NW Washington State; this means 1 to 3 business days shipping time for many locations on the West Coast, and about 4 to 5 business days to the Mid-West and East Coast, once shipped.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental United States (Canada, Europe, etc.), please contact us for a shipping quote, or place your order and we will contact you with a shipping quote and will process your order only upon your approval.
Expedited shipping: If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to 3 day, 2nd day or Overnight,
we are happy to do so. Please contact us and we will quote you a cost. Please be aware that our boxes can be very large and the cost for expedited shipping can become very expensive.
In the military? All orders with an FPO/APO address are shipped (free) via USPS Priority Mail.
Very large items such as Featherbeds (queen size and larger) may be subject to a shipping surcharge due to USPS package size restrictions. Please contact us if you have a question about this.
When your order ships we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.
Comforters & Pillows returned for service will be charged the actual shipping cost for return shipping.
Returned orders that were shipped via Expedited Service, and International Orders, will be refunded less our cost to ship.
Any Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the US are the customer's responsibility.
