If you need a mask - please contact us (that is an email link - please put "Face Mask" in the subject) with your name and address in the body of the email and we'll send you one, free of charge. While supplies last. Thank you for helping to keep us all safer! Oh, and please be assured, we will not send marketing emails to you.

Business is slow, which is no surprise. We're so thankful and blessed for what we do have. We've started to make masks to give to our local Care Givers & First Responders. It's not much, but we're so happy that we're able to do something.
Our first batch of masks today was only 25, but now that we've got everything sorted out we should be able to make a few hundred starting next week.

We are currently able to continue making and shipping our Cascade Made™ down comforters and pillows, on schedule!
Orders for our Canadian made down comforters & pillows and bed linens from St. Geneve: The situation in Canada remains very fluid. At this time, we cannot guarantee that orders will ship within the usual expected time frame. We will update this as we gain more clarity.
Orders for Sferra Bed Linens: At this time, orders for Sferra Bed Linens are shipping within the usual time frame (usually within 1 to 3 days, directly from Sferra).
Orders for Schlossberg Bed Linens: At this time, orders for Schlossberg Bed Linens are shipping within the usual time frame (approxmiately 4 to 6 weeks).
Customer Service is here to help you and we'll do our best to answer any questions you might have, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm (Pacific Time).

Our primary concern during this time is the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We are a small shop, and the situation is fluid. Here's how things stand for Plumeria Bay® currently:
We have always used N95 masks and nitrile gloves to assure a safe and sanitary process in the manufacturing of our Cascade Made™ comforters and pillows.
The masks filter out the tiny particles of down that float in the air, and the nitrile gloves keep our fabrics protected from body oils and soiling. So, no big change in procedure there.
We now take our procedures a step further and sanitize our shop, cleaning all surfaces that come into human contact with a bleach solution at the beginning and end of each working day.
Further, our production department is currently a 1 person operation, and is separate from our administrative office. Social distancing is standard practice.
As of this writing, we are all healthy and able to fill orders for Cascade Made™ comforters and pillows.
We have been notified that our Canadian manufacturer, St. Geneve, may have to close by the end of this week. If this happens, they anticipate that the closure will last through the end of April.
Sferra bed linens are shipping as usual, with significant inventory on hand.
We appreciate your support, and our hearts go out to everyone - we are all affected by these unprecedented events. As mentioned above; the situation is fluid. We will update this as developments indicate.
