Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of materials and craftsmanship of your Plumeria Bay® comforter or pillow (except for "custom" items noted below), simply return it in its original New, Unused condition with all labels intact and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund (less any shipping that was charged), promptly upon our receipt and inspection.
This is in addition to our warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship, and our Perfect Fill™ service for down pillows.
Sferra Bed Linens and blankets may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging, factory folded, in new unused condition. For complete details and expected shipping times, please see our Bed Linen Terms of Sale.
These Items Are Considered "Custom". Orders May Not Be Canceled or Returned (except for manufacturing defects):
- Schlossberg of Switzerland Bed Linens
- St. Geneve Bed Linens
- Custom Size Comforters (including our "German Size" down comforters) and Custom Filled Comforters.
- Custom Filled Pillows, including pillows that have been adjusted with our Perfect Fill service.
- Eiderdown Comforters & Pillows
How To Initiate A Return
Should you find it necessary to return your item for a refund or warranty service please call us @ 1-877-722-9266 or email us. We'll give you shipping instructions and a RA (Return Authorization) number for your return. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping cost, except as noted below. Returns without a RA will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item due to our error, or a defect in materials or workmanship, within the 30 day return period, we will arrange to have the item shipped back to us at our expense. Upon inspection we will promptly replace the item, or issue a full refund (less any shipping that was charged) or, if you prefer, a store credit.
Featherbeds
Featherbeds: If a Featherbed is returned, the refund will be less our original cost to ship, plus a 10% handling charge due to their size and our cost to handle, in addition to any fees charged if our inspection determines that the featherbed has been used.
Returns That Have Been Used
If our inspection determines that a returned item has been used, you may be charged a fee of up to 60% of the purchase price, plus our original cost of shipping. Signs of use shall include, but are not limited to: Soiling, human or pet hairs or other fibers clinging to the fabric, odors from perfumes, etc.
Returned orders that were shipped via Expedited Service, and International Orders, will be refunded less our cost to ship.
Please note: When placing your order with Plumeria Bay®, you will be asked to acknowledge that you've read, and agree to, our Terms of Sale. That's what this is.
