Bed Linen Terms of Sale

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received an item with a defect please notify us within 7 days and we will help you work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Bed linens that have been washed or used may not be returned, so please inspect your item(s) thoroughly before washing. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufactures care instructions will not be accepted as a return.

Please see below for terms specific to each manufacturer:

SFERRA FINE LINENS

Sferra bed linens will usually ship within 1 to 3 days. If an item is back ordered it may take 2 weeks or longer for your order to ship. We will always notify you if any delay is expected. Your credit card will be charged only when your order ships.

Sferra bed linens may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  They must be in original packaging, in new unused condition. Laundered items and custom orders may not be returned.  

For Custom Sferra orders: Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. 50% will be charged to your card after 48 hours, and the balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours. Custom Sferra bed linens will take approximately 10 - 12 weeks to ship, directly to you (via UPS) from Sferra.

 

Schlossberg of Switzerland

Schlossberg duvet covers and bed linens are "made to order" and are considered to be Custom Orders and may not be returned, except for defects in material or manufacturer. Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. 50% will be charged to your card after 48 hours, and the balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours. Schlossberg bed linens will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to ship, directly to you (via UPS) from Schlossberg Switzerland.

 

St. Geneve

St. Geneve duvet covers and bed linens are "made to order" and are considered to be Custom Orders and may not be returned except for defects in material or manufacturer. Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. 50% will be charged to your card after 48 hours, and the balance will be charged when your order ships. Your order may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours. St. Geneve bed linens take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to ship, via UPS ground.

 

You will be notified via email when your order ships, along with tracking information.
