This information is for items that we no longer offer, but may still be covered by warranty. The 1st. section covers our Canadian made comforters & pillows, purchased before August of 2022. The 2nd section covers our down comforters and pillows purchased before March, 2013.
Warranty for Canadian Made Comforters & Pillows Purchased Before August 2022
Plumeria Bay® Canadian Made Down Comforters are guaranteed to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of Twenty (20)
years from the date of purchase.
Plumeria Bay® Canadian Made Down Pillows are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for Five (5) years.
We ask that all down bedding returned to Canada for warranty service be in a clean sanitary condition.
Proper care, including the use of a duvet cover at all times with your comforter, a pillow protector with your pillow, or a featherbed protector with your featherbed, as the case may be, is required to maintain your warranty.
Should warranty service on your comforter, pillow or featherbed be required, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear & tear.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
Warranty for Comforters Purchased Before March 1st, 2013
Plumeria Bay® Down Comforters purchased prior to March 1st, 2013 are guaranteed to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10)
years from the date of purchase. Should warranty service on your comforter be required, we will repair, or replace with a comforter of similar quality, at our discretion. The use of a duvet cover at all times is required to maintain
your warranty.
Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs for any warranty repair or replacement.
This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear & tear.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
Note: Pillows, Featherbeds and Mulberry Silk Comforters purchased prior to March 1st, 2013 are now out of the Warranty period.
