These bed linens are custom made-to-order. Your order may not be canceled after 24 hours. Schlossberg Bed Linens and Duvet Covers may not be returned, except for manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you have received an item with a defect please notify us immediately (within 7 days) and we will help you work with Schlossberg to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
