Schlossberg bed linens are custom made-to-order. Your order may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours. Schlossberg Bed Linens and Duvet Covers may not be returned, except for manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you have received an item with a defect please notify us immediately (within 7 days) and we will help you work with Schlossberg to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufactures care instructions will not be accepted as a return. Please click here for more information.
